So when we eventually came up with the idea of printing shirts, they had to meet our high standards in terms of origin, trading and quality. After some research and testing, we decided to realise the shirts using Stanley & Stella's finest wool. Here is what they have to say about their products:
"Are we talking ethics and sustainable development? Yes, a bit! (...) Because it’s an inexhaustible subject. Unlike the resources of our planet or human beings. And that is why we work exclusively with exemplary factories that protect rights of the men and women they employ and do their utmost to minimize their environmental footprint. Respect!"
They should be much more expensive,
but we still sell our bandshirts for the net-cost price of EUR 20,-. We're not making any profit off of this other than actually raising awareness for the issue and making you wear better fabric. Actually, this is a big profit - just not for us as a band - but for OUR earth.
